Coaching support for people who are struggling with changes to their health
Cathy supports people who want to:
better manage difficult thoughts and feelings about their change in health
struggle less and live a more satisfying and hopeful life - with or without ongoing symptoms
find motivation and support to make necessary life changes
develop effective coping skills to help manage flare-ups and times of difficulty
Cathy has lived with MCAS and histamine intolerance for over 30 years and more recently, she’s also been navigating her way through perimenopause. She has a true understanding of how changes in our bodies can significantly impact our physical and emotional wellbeing. She knows what a big step it can be to ask for help because she’s been there too.
She uses a blend of traditional coaching tools alongside effective, action-orientated therapy approaches. These include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and somatic therapy.
You can read more about Cathy’s experience of living with a change in health (and of recovery) here.
