• Please immediately start the list of supplements for Long Covid treatment and add one of these antihistamines:

  • Loratadine 10mg three times a day

  • Cetirizine 10mg three times a day

  • Fexofenadine 120mg three times a day

  These can all be bought over the counter. 

  If you are on any medication please check with your GP before staring any antihistamines.
